Broughton windTalker Site notes etc.

Typically Broughton Heights takes most winds from the West. The site is accessed via Lochurd farm on the A701, 4 miles North of Broughton Village, 5 miles East of Biggar. There is a site fee of £2.00 payable to the farmer at Lochurd farm for all flyers. It is often possible though, to take a 4x4 up the hill with the farmers permission. (Great for hanglider pilots) Speak to a LLSC club coach or committee member for more information about flying Broughton Heights. Try not to crash into the windTalker mast. :)
