Some explanations

Current wind is the average wind speed and direction taken over a 5
minute period.

Gusting to is the maximum wind speed and its direction over the last 5
minutes.

Wind scatter is the range of wind directions received over the last hour.
Generally if the wind varies in strength and direction over relatively short
periods of time then the possibility that conditions are unsettled are quite
good.

Dew point is useful for estimating the height of cloud base. I believe the
formula is …Cloud Height=((temperature-dew point)/2.5)*1000 I'm not
actually too sure about this since I got the formula from the internet and
modified it myself to use temperature in Celsius not Fahrenheit. (Answer is
in feet above the height of the TT?) Note: TT is approximately 1610 feet
(490m) above sea level.

The
minimum temperature recorded over the last 13 hours, this
temperature and the hours ago are given. The idea with this temperature
is also an indication of possible instability, if it was cold during the night
and is warm today then it is possibly unstable.

Current rain fall is the rain fall at the moment. Not necessarily a very
accurate guide.
